The DMS PTO directory is already in production.  Forms will be coming home.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR’S INFORMATION, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND IN THE FORM.  You will be published with last year’s info.  Your child’s team will be updated as well, so that doesn’t count as a change.

We will be setting up an online form for you to be able to submit your information through the website shortly.  Please check back.
