The Guidance Counselors would like coverage in the media center on Friday, March 23rd, 9:20 a.m. to 12:01 p.m. The volunteers just need to mill around and be extra adults in the room while students move around the mini college and career fair.
Please contact Elizabeth Stutz, stutz_elizabeth@dublinschools.net, if you can help.
Thank you!
Davis Middle School is offering an informal presentation to highlight some of the ways our schools have prepared to keep your students and staff safe.
In conjunction with our PTO meeting, please join us for a short presentation on March 21 at 7:00 pm in the library at Davis. We will review the same principles that have been taught to our schools and local businesses.
This highly sought after training has been conducted for the past 3 years and is taught by our very own Davis SRO, Officer Bruce McKenna, from the Dublin Police Department.
The principles taught can be utilized in any setting. While it is unlikely that this will happen to you, realize that the more prepared we are, the safer our community will be.
Please note that this is an informational presentation and NOT the full training course that you can register for at a later date.

Hello Parents,
The Davis Middle School Winter Conferences are here!
The PTO is hosting a soup potluck dinner for the teachers and staff on Thursday, February 8th at 3:10 pm in the Teachers’ Lounge before conferences begin.
Please consider donating an item to help nourish our teachers for the long day ahead. We are also looking for a few parent volunteers to help with set up, serving, and clean up.
If you are able to contribute an item or if you would like to volunteer to help out, please sign up via Sign-Up Genius (http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080945aca92ca75-winter1).
Please have all donated items labeled “Conference Dinner” and delivered to the office by 2:00 pm on the afternoon of February 8th. Please bring soup in a CrockPot so that it will be warm for serving.
Also, please remember to pick up your pot following the dinner. Clean up will begin at 6:15 pm.
If you are donating perishable items (e.g. soup), please drop them off on the day of conferences (February 8th) no later than 2:00 pm.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call or text me at 614-330-7713.
Thank you very much for supporting our teachers!
Sincerely,
Tiffany deSilva
