PTO Meeting/Emerald Campus Discussion, 1/24/18 @ 7pm
Our next PTO meeting will be held on January 24 at 7:00pm. Kristy Venne, the Innovation Center Director at Dublin City Schools, will be joining us to discuss the Emerald Campus! She will be speaking and answering questions at 7:00pm and our PTO meeting will take place directly afterwards. This is a great opportunity to get some insight into how to prepare our students now and what opportunities are available for them in a few years! See you there!

Winter Parent-Teacher Conference Dinner
Hello Parents,
The Davis Middle School Winter Conferences are here!
The PTO is hosting a soup potluck dinner for the teachers and staff on Thursday, February 8th at 3:10 pm in the Teachers’ Lounge before conferences begin.
Please consider donating an item to help nourish our teachers for the long day ahead. We are also looking for a few parent volunteers to help with set up, serving, and clean up.
If you are able to contribute an item or if you would like to volunteer to help out, please sign up via Sign-Up Genius. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080945aca92ca75-winter1
Please have all donated items labeled “Conference Dinner” and delivered to the office by 2:00 pm on the afternoon of February 8th. Please bring soup in a CrockPot so that it will be warm for serving.
Also, please remember to pick up your pot following the dinner. Clean up will begin at 6:15 pm.
If you are donating perishable items (e.g. soup), please drop them off on the day of conferences (February 8th) no later than 2:00 pm.

6th Grade Dance Club Parent Chaperone Sign-Up
Shamrockin’ Dance Club is a PTO sponsored activity for 6th graders to mingle and learn to dance with students from all 4 Dublin middle schools. We need volunteers to chaperone 4 dance lessons as well as the final dance party! Davis Spaghetti Dinner Information
Hey Irish fans, it’s that time of year again for the Annual Davis Spaghetti Dinner. This year’s dinner will be on Friday, December 1st from 5:00 – 9:00pm. Once again The Berwick Restaurant will be providing the all-you-can-eat homemade dinner. The dinner includes spaghetti (w/ or w/o meat sauce), salad, dinner role and beverage. (Gluten free meals available as well!) You can top off your dinner by purchasing any of the hundreds of fantastic desserts at the largest Dublin Bake sale ever! After dinner, please take the opportunity to shop at our silent auction and of course listen to performances from all of our fantastic musical departments. It will be a wonderful evening of food, family and friends! Information and tickets will be sent home with all Davis students today. Please plan on attending this great community event and help support Davis Middle School. (Contact office for more tickets if needed and or return any tickets not purchased by your family)
