I am soliciting for some additional help for the upcoming parent/teacher conference night, especially with setup, serving and cleanup.
The PTO will be providing a light dinner for the teachers/staff on Thursday, November 12th beginning at 3:00 in the teacher’s lounge before conferences begin for the evening.
We are looking for contributions/donations of homemade or purchased items to go along with a soup and salad theme.

If you are able to contribute, please sign up. Donations should be labeled “Conference Dinner“. Any items that can sit out, can be dropped off to the Davis office beginning November 9th. If you have perishable items, please bring to school no later than 2:00 on Thursday, November 12th.
