The Dublin Education Foundation (DEF) is a non-profit group with a mission to promote excellence and equity in the Dublin City Schools by providing financial assistance for educational programs, innovative teaching projects and extra-curricular activities which enrich and enhance students’ learning opportunities and their overall learning experience.

The DEF Mission supports: 

  • Educational Programs and Projects 
  • Curricular/Extracurricular Activities
    • Over $45,000 awarded for educational and curricular/extracurricular projects since 2016! Some of the projects include robotics clubs, 3D printers in schools, music programs, social justice clubs, and graphing calculators (just to name a few!)
  • Annual HS Senior Scholarships ($60,000 awarded since 1999!)
