School Supply Kit Pick-Up

If you ordered a supply kit, it the will be available for pick-up during walk-thru, August 19th, from 4-7pm.  If you are unable to make that date and time, the kits will be placed in your child’s homeroom class.

Please note there will NO SUPPLY SALE on walk-thru day.

Spanish workbooks (used for 8^th grade) will be available for purchase during walk-thru for $20.

Passing long information on two fundraisers for the Scioto Volleyball teams, both coming up this Saturday August 15.  Both events are at Max & Erma’s on Sawmill Road.  Here are summaries of the events, but please see the attached flyers for details.

Max & Erma’s Fundraiser – supporting the Scioto Girls Volleyball program

• Saturday August 15 11:00 a.m. (lunch time)
• Present the flyer to your server and a % of your food purchase is donated back to the volleyball program

Car Wash Fundraiser – supporting the Scioto Boys and Girls Volleyball programs

• Saturday August 15 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m, Max & Erma’s parking lot
• Suggested donation: $5 per car, $10 per SUV
• All proceeds benefit the Scioto volleyball programs and will be used for new equipment

PTO Meeting @ Noon Tomorrow (May 27th)

The PTOs last meeting will be held tomorrow (May 27th) at noon at Davis MS.  Please see front office for meeting location.  Please join us and let your voice be heard.  The PTO has a substantial budget and we need your input on how the money should be budgeted to best help all of our Davis students.

Lady Irish Basketball Camp
DUBLIN SCIOTO HIGH SCHOOL
JUNE 3 – 5 TH
1:00 – 4:00pm
7-8 th Grade (2015-16 school year)

Fundamentals taught include – shooting, passing, ball handling/dribbling, offense and
defense as well as team concepts.  The camp is run by the Dublin Scioto Lady Irish coaching staff and current players. It is open to all girls entering grades 7-8th
as of 2015-16 school year. Coaches and instructors will help modify the instruction for all skill levels. Campers are asked to wear a t-shirt, shorts, socks and tennis shoes. Campers are also encouraged to bring a water bottle with them each day. Basketballs will be provided to use during the camp.

Art and Music Festival Tomorrow, April 30th, 5:00-8:00 pm

We are still in need of volunteers to assist during the festival.  These kinds of activities can not continue taking place if we don’t have volunteers.  Our volunteers make these events happen.  Please consider taking one hour of your time to help with this wonderful activity.  See sign-up link below.

In order for this festival be a huge success we need volunteers (no art experience required) to assist with the hands-on activities and with the ceramics artist.  Please go to Volunteer Check-In Desk to be directed to your activity location.

We also need donations of cookies (homemade or store-bought).  These donations can be dropped off at the front office the day of the event.
